Hey there, It's nice to meet you!
and that day was nearly 25 years ago
I'll never forget that day, I was knee high to a grasshopper and my mother was asked if I could be a flower girl in a wedding. At the time I didn't know what that meant but she asked me and I said yes because it sounded like fun, SO I WAS IN! Next came the rehearsal, I LOVED it, still didn't know what was happening but I was catching on. THEN; came the big day. I was awestruck by the love, colors, beauty, sweet moments, the joy, the experience and of course, the covenant. I've loved weddings since that day.
MY "WHY"
I truly did fall in love with catching those unseen tiny glimpses of heaven touching earth through smiles, looks, hugs, and angles as a young child. Since joining the portrait and wedding industry, I have gained priceless experience working with clients that, like me, were not satisfied with the industry standard of portrait and wedding photography. Many people know they want and need this service but don't know where to start and don't get huge help from google, faceboook groups, and forums with "Fayetteville Georgia photographer" "Wedding Photography Prices" and "Atlanta Bridal Photography". In the beginning of my career I'd be "clean up woman" photographer since they ran into unsatisfactory prior experiences. After lots of tears of joy for fixing photo issues and two or so years of being "the clean up woman" I became the first in line instead of the last resort which showed me that providing beautiful, clean, and quality work to your clients really makes the difference. That's why I'll tell uncle Leroy to "get out the aisle!" if he's blocking the big kiss with his phone or tell an over-analytical photoshoot guest "I have planned poses we will do first, then we can try yours" in my sweet southern way.
If you've made it this far into the website you've learned maybe just a bit about me so I'll share something then tell you more about my style and myself.
My style is classic but unique! I thought up the name "Southern Flair" as the best way to describe it.
Conversation and creation are my two favorite things to do. I LOVE meeting new people, exploring new sites, and am literally am a fan of talking to people. I have a secret goal, come in close... I'd like to hit my goal of booking at least 5 weddings in Savannah Georgia. I cannot let go of the place! So if you know anyone who needs wedding, portrait, or corporate work there refer them to me! Now as far as "viddles" I love Mediterranean, Lebanese, Indian, Ethiopian and Nigerian food gets an honorary mention! If you are ever scrolling past any of those kinds of restaurants in GA and think about me, SEND IT please! Lastly, I'll sit on the porch if it's covered and I'll hike or take walks if its morning. I love nature but in a southern way because I like outside but if it's hotter than hades and half of Georgia I will be inside with the doors locked with it cold enough to wear a blanket.
